A Personal Trainer with experience has taught hundreds or even thousands of people how to use proper form. Despite your Momma telling you you're special (You are!), when it comes to proper form you aren't too different from anyone else. No matter how good your results are on your own- they're going to be better when you have accountability. As humans we tend to slack, get complacent, and can sometimes be downright lazy!
When you have a scheduled appointment/class time with your trainer...you're WAY more likely to show up than if you just plan on going to the gym by yourself.And if you don't show up...they'll text you!
