Shed Inches Off Your Waist Without Doing a Minute of Cardio
Tracy frequently sends me progress photos like the one above because she's so excited she discovered Steel Strength Training. Sometimes I think she loves this business more than I do!
Tracy used to be the Cardio Queen like so many of you are today. For the past 4 years she's been doing some type of cardio every single day for at least 30 minutes. But most workouts were an hour or longer! I mean seriously, no one could question her dedication.
For 4 years she tried to lose the last 10 pounds and couldn't do it.
Enter Steel Strength Training. We cut back her training to 3 days of strength training for 30-45 minutes along with a daily walk. Some days this walk is 15 minutes, sometimes it's 30-45 minutes. But she only does what she feels like.
It's been 7 months since starting Steel Strength Training and her progress is better than ever. She's down multiple dress/pant sizes, and has lost 15+ pounds. She's crushed her goal of wanting to lose "those last 10 pounds."
Not only has her body changed. Her confidence has skyrocketed.
